Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment, Monitoring, & Mitigation: Develop strategies to bolster gift card fraud detection.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external groups for end-to-end fraud prevention solutions.
- Run the Business: Supervise the Loyalty Program Abuse team, manage urgent issues, and oversee policy calibrations.
- Process Optimization: Enhance standard operating procedures for policy compliance and efficiency.
- Governance & Policy Improvement: Confirm the effectiveness of defense strategies and refine policies to minimize fraud potential.
- Expertise in Risk Assessment and Fraud Prevention techniques.
- Strong ability in Stakeholder Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration.
- Proficiency in Process Optimization and Policy Development.
Prior experience in fraud prevention within Loyalty Programs or Gift Card Operations is highly preferred. Candidate should have a proven record of influencing senior leadership and securing resources for implementing fraud prevention strategies.
This position is pivotal for maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring the security of our customers against gift card fraud. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in risk management, capable of driving policy improvements and leading a team dedicated to protecting our brand and our users.
