Pay Range:$55 - $60 per hour on w2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct detailed credit and financial analyses for business and personal financial assessments to accurately determine borrower risk.
Utilize risk-based sampling for continuous file reviews, including adjusting scope and procedures as needed.
Mentor less experienced reviewers, overseeing their work on risk ratings and borrower risk analyses.
Analyze loan reporting and tracking systems, contributing insightful comments within Credit Risk Review reports.
Evaluate changes or weaknesses in Credit Administration processes or policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven expertise in credit risk analysis and financial statement review.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations in credit risk management.
Ability to guide and mentor junior team members in credit risk assessment techniques.
