Location: Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr

Job Summary: This role focuses on preparing, controlling, and analyzing global financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. You will also play a key part in integration testing, assessing how current data and processes align with a combined entity's needs. The position involves collaborating with various departments to provide critical financial insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze global consolidated financial statements for leadership.
  • Offer technical accounting guidance on complex financial transactions.
  • Lead projects to improve department efficiency and processes.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and FP&A on financial forecasts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in corporate accounting or finance, with a preference for a blend of Big 4 public accounting and corporate experience, is highly desirable.
