JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tax Finance Team is seeking a Financial Analyst III to handle Procure to Pay lifecycle and financial planning related to Tax Advisory engagements. The role involves reviewing procurement requests, coordinating with various internal and external teams for compliance and contract negotiations, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business-facing tax colleagues and legal/procurement teams, streamlining processes and proposing automation opportunities.
- Review and process procurement requests related to Tax Advisory engagements.
- Support Tax Managers through internal review processes including legal procurement and third-party security reviews.
- Liaise with multiple business and legal teams, ensuring a high level of collegiality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive policy updates or automation.
- Coordinate with tech teams for process automation and enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in tax, finance, or legal fields, and a process improvement mindset. Advanced excel skills
- Experience working in a multi-national finance or procurement, tax or account department
