This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

The ideal candidate will provide monthly and quarterly business and financial analysis, offer insights for decision-making, and support cross-functional teams in achieving high corporate performance. This role requires a proactive approach to meet deliverables, fulfill ad-hoc requests, and provide actionable insights for decision making to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the sales division and collaborate with sales leaders for financial alignment.
- Proactively manage the financial planning, forecasting, and close processes within the Sales division.
- Deliver detailed monthly and quarterly analysis of financial results, highlighting key issues, risks, and drivers.
- Provide strategic recommendations through detailed data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Support cross-functional teams by fulfilling regular and ad-hoc requests to enhance corporate performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong competency in Advanced Excel and familiarity with SAP/BPC/SAC and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Industry Experience Required:
Prior FP&A experience in the sales or similar domain is essential, with a minimum of 5-8 years of related work, showcasing a strong record of achievement and business partnership.
