JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Specialist to join our team, with a strong background in sales forecasting, revenue planning, and operational efficiency enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial management and strategic sales operations within a B2B high-growth environment. This role demands a high level of collaboration across multiple departments to support sales goals and improve processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate sales pipeline reviews and support revenue forecasting and goal setting with the leadership team.
• Assist in Multi-Year Strategic Outlook (MSO) and quota setting, aligning with compensation plans.
• Drive sales process consistency and efficiency in partnership with Sales Ops Support.
• Engage in QBR/MBR preparation, deal performance tracking, and support collections to enhance cash flow.
• Manage ad-hoc projects for sales enablement, revenue analysis, and business insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (preferably MSFT Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Solid background in the electronic payments industry or related financial services.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) & Nice to have: Portugues

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in the Payment industry or roles within banking or financial institutions highly desired.
