Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Solutions Architect with seasoned expertise in Salesforce, specifically in flows development and debugging, to ensure the flawless execution of a Field Service Implementation Project in its testing phase. The role involves building automation workflows, troubleshooting existing flows, and engaging closely with key stakeholders to achieve a seamless system functionality that aligns with the business requirements. This position demands hands-on configuration skills and an in-depth understanding of field service operations and data models to facilitate thorough testing and quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and debug flow automations within the Salesforce platform.
• Perform rigorous system integration and user acceptance testing, including drafting comprehensive test scripts.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors, testers, and business analysts to ensure a cohesive project execution.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring minimal impact on overall functionality and user experience.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts to optimize testing processes and enhance system reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound expertise in Salesforce Field Service Cloud and ServiceMax (Asset 360) configurations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on Salesforce flows and data models.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Extensive experience in roles focused on Salesforce Field Service implementations, testing, and configuration is required. A background in working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Service Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• ServiceMax (Asset 360) certifications are highly regarded.
