Utilizing a mix of hand and power tools, this role encompasses everything from routine preventative maintenance to the assembly and installation of furniture and equipment. - Execute routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Handle minor repairs, painting, assembly, and general maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of workspaces.
- Efficiently use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Support the set-up of furniture, equipment, and other facility necessities.
- Proficient in hand and power tools usage
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Industry Experience:
Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is necessary, alongside a foundational knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
