Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expert Product Costing Consultant to lead and enhance product costing processes and systems (preferably SAP) in our Finance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping cost accounting into a strategic function that drives measurable business value and operational excellence. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, improve margin analysis, and support smart pricing strategies, ensuring both compliance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product costing initiatives, including system implementations, and continuously improve processes through technology and best practices.
  • Develop detailed cost models and perform variance and margin analysis to support financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end cost accounting activities, maintaining compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies and cost.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations on product pricing and profitability to aid in executive decision-making.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven expertise in SAP CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling) and integration with relevant SAP modules.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in advanced cost analysis and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) related to inventory and cost accounting.
Domain Experience:
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industries is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of production processes and cost flows.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires availability to align with teams across US and LAO time zones on a standard working hours basis.
