Pay Range: $45 - $47 per hour

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the strategic planning and flawless execution of high-quality events. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring seamless coordination with all involved parties. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage event content strategy from planning to delivery.
  • Develop and track event objectives, budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure all event activities are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain high standards for event content and overall quality.
  • Proactively communicate and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: BS Degree preferred | Certifications: CMP, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2

Industry Experience:

  • This role requires experience in event operations and project coordination within a corporate or professional services environment.
