JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a skilled Events Marketing Coordinator to join our team, primarily responsible for partnering with our Strategic Events and Finance Teams to efficiently organize and execute marketing event budgets. The ideal candidate will handle vendor procurement and coordination, alongside researching and evaluating potential event locations. Adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to bridge various departments for improved efficiencies in a fast-paced event environment are crucial.
- Partner with Strategic Events and Finance teams to organize and execute marketing event budgets.
- Procure and coordinate services from vendors effectively.
- Conduct research on potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and tools to unlock departmental efficiencies.
- Bridge various departments to ensure the successful and efficient execution of events.
- Strong capabilities in Allocadia Management and PO Processing.
- Proven experience in vendor coordination and spend tracking.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
