Duration: 6 Months
Location: US Remote
Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

Job Summary: This role requires a consultant to provide comprehensive support for the EtQ Reliance platform, addressing both project enhancements and daily operational needs. You will be instrumental in resolving technical issues, managing data, and translating business requirements into actionable system solutions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve EtQ Reliance defects and user issues.
  • Drive system enhancement requests and deliver practical solutions.
  • Manage data migration activities, including cleansing and validation.
  • Translate business needs into system configuration changes.
  • Document system designs, support procedures, and CSV deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience with EtQ Reliance application support.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role is ideal for a consultant with experience supporting enterprise applications, particularly within regulated or process-driven industries where meticulous data handling and system integrity are paramount.
