JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves upgrading existing applications, providing go-live and rollout support, and assisting users with new applications, modules, and functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating operational workflows, creating system specifications based on user requirements, and ensuring the seamless integration of new applications or upgrades into the existing system.

JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves upgrading existing applications, providing go-live and rollout support, and assisting users with new applications, modules, and functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating operational workflows, creating system specifications based on user requirements, and ensuring the seamless integration of new applications or upgrades into the existing system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install new applications, components, and carry out upgrades to existing ones.
- Configure application settings and maintain treatment and therapy plans in alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Offer comprehensive go-live and rollout support, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and translate them into system specifications.
- Conduct application testing, document outcomes, and create reports utilizing report-writing tools.
- Epic Beacon certification.
- Proficient in application troubleshooting and support.
- Strong experience in workflow evaluation and creating system specifications.
