Job Summary: This role requires an experienced engineer to provide high-level technical support for enterprise customers facing complex DDI and networking challenges. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, resolve, and document intricate issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Leveraging AI-powered tools will be crucial in accelerating diagnostics and knowledge creation for this global support position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve critical customer technical issues end-to-end.
- Troubleshoot DDI and network configuration problems.
- Analyze logs, packet captures, and configurations for root cause.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Utilize AI tools for accelerated troubleshooting and insight generation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and core networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations.
Experience in network operations or enterprise infrastructure support is preferred, with a strong background in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and TCP/IP networking environments.
