Location: Los Angeles or Los Gatos, CA
Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Security Program Manager to join our team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for maturing our operational model, establishing key performance metrics, and developing sustainable business processes to support our Enterprise Security (ES) functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with navigating a fast-paced security environment and working across multiple stakeholders to drive performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate strategic planning with ES leadership, aligning documentation of goals, KPIs/OKRs, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI/OKR framework for operational and strategic objective tracking.
  • Design, build, and stabilize automated dashboards and regular reports for insights across ES pillars.
  • Support core business operations including budgeting, financial tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and governance flows, identifying standardization and optimization opportunities.
Must-Have Skills
  • Experience in business operations and program management within security operations, risk management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build KPI/OKR frameworks and deliver automated reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience
  • Prior experience in security operations, emergency/crisis management, or related area is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and vendor management.
