Duration:  6+ Months with Possible Extension
Location: Austin, TX (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Enterprise Application Support Analyst to ensure world-class operations of enterprise applications crucial for our business processes. This role involves providing Level 2 incident management support, resolving functional errors, and actively participating in projects to implement new functionalities, ensuring their post-launch support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners to understand requirements, prioritize issues, and recommend system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain operational readiness of enterprise systems, providing 24/7 support as required.
  • Offer Level 2 support for incident management to meet business service levels and take ownership of critical issues.
  • Resolve functional errors and business process issues by debugging and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and refine work plans for system changes, perform configuration and testing, and coordinate the promotion of changes to the production environment.
  • Work on improving change management processes, gather and analyze performance metrics, and support continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expert in Incident Management and Debugging
  • Advanced skills in System Documentation and Configuration Management
  • Proven ability in Change Management
Industry Experience:
Relevant experience in IT Application Support within enterprise environments is essential. Familiarity with financial functions and their related enterprise applications would be advantageous.
