Location: Newark CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

This role is crucial for a dynamic automotive engineering team focused on the validation of interior and exterior vehicle components. You will be responsible for meticulously executing laboratory tests, operating specialized equipment, and diligently managing test samples and records. Collaboration with validation engineers is key to supporting product development and validation activities.

  • Execute various validation tests on automotive components.
  • Operate and monitor specialized laboratory testing equipment.
  • Prepare test samples, fixtures, and necessary instrumentation.
  • Meticulously document test conditions, observations, and results.
  • Manage and track test parts and maintain Jira tickets.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an engineering lab or automotive testing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in an automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or independent test laboratory setting is preferred.
