Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  7+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end program delivery for critical initiatives in Identity Platform and education technology impacting global users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence, manage priorities, and transparently report on program status. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, translates technical complexity into business outcomes, and drives strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive program execution from inception to completion across multiple teams.
  • Define and manage program priorities, timelines, and scope, making critical trade-offs.
  • Maintain clear and consistent program transparency through detailed plans and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders to influence and align efforts.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks to ensure successful delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical program management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs.

Experience in software-based cloud services and identity management systems is preferred.
