Work for the largest semiconductor manufacturing company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
- Data quality control and screening errors
- Statistical analysis and report generation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS "
- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process.
