Job Summary:

Our client seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 6 years of robust experience, particularly in ITSM, CSM, and Service Portals, to support, expand, and enhance our ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will lead mini projects through requirement gathering, implementation, and deployment, ensuring our systems meet internal and external needs. This role entails close work with stakeholders, end users, and business units to tailor ServiceNow functionalities, offering vital support to customer and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute mini projects, from requirements to deployment, either individually or in a team.
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the business, including stakeholders and management.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements in ServiceNow according to business needs.
• Update and manage internal/external portals, adding new pages, widgets, and UI elements as needed.
• Build and maintain service requests & integrations with systems like Salesforce and JIRA, including configuring REST, SOAP Services.

Must-Have Skills:

• Comprehensive experience in ServiceNow (Service Portals, ITSM, CSM, Integrations).
• Recent experience or exposure to AI within ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to differentiate between out-of-the-box functionality and customization.

Domain Experience Required:

• Previous work in Service Desk / Operations.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL, CSDM, and ISMS concepts.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems like JIRA and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in multinational team environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile setting.
