Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and executing impactful enablement programs for field, vendor, and operations teams. You will design and deliver training, create engaging content, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance skills and drive business objectives. The position requires a systems-thinking approach to bridge strategy and execution across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective enablement programs for sales and operations teams.
  • Create and curate diverse learning materials including guides, videos, and eLearning modules.
  • Develop content strategies and manage content repositories for optimal accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align enablement initiatives with business goals.
  • Facilitate the adoption of AI-powered tools for skill enhancement and coaching.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in a high-growth business environment, similar to that found in large tech organizations, is required, blending large company experience with the agility of fast-paced ventures.
