Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who can provide cost-effective solutions in the development, analysis, testing, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). The role involves a strong focus on circuit simulation, analysis, testing, and rework/repair. Preferred candidates will have experience in the chip/semiconductor industry and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze electrical circuit designs, schematics, and test procedures to fully understand PCBA functionality.
  • Perform circuit simulations and PCBA testing/debugging using standard equipment.
  • Instruct technicians on performing PWA rework/repair and find suitable replacements for electronic components.
  • Develop technical documentation for PCBA sustainment.
  • Collaborate with CAD designers on circuit schematics/PCBA layouts and review their work.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in electronic circuit design, simulation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in PWA rework/repair and component sourcing.
  • Strong capability in PCBA testing and debugging.
Industry Experience:
  • Preferred: Chip/Semiconductor industry background.
