Job Summary:
We are seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to join our esteemed litigation support team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and document management within our litigation practice group. The successful candidate will manage eDiscovery databases, support attorneys through the EDRM lifecycle, and ensure compliance with document preservation standards. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, demanding strong project management and technical skills within a legal framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Reveal Software platform, supporting end-to-end EDRM lifecycle tasks.
- Develop and maintain databases and document retrieval systems, ensuring efficient review workflows.
- Coordinate with IT to update software and maintain database integrity.
- Provide comprehensive support for document and electronic evidence collection and management.
- Train and support legal teams in the use of litigation support tools and technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with E-Discovery tools and processes.
- Proficient in SQL or MS Access for data manipulation and report generation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or in a team.
Industry Experience Required:
- Significant experience in a Litigation Technology Support role within the legal domain.
- Familiarity with legal software applications such as Reveal and LegalMation is essential.
