You will lead the QA team to guarantee the highest standards for our SaaS products through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor QA managers, engineers, and automation specialists to foster a culture of quality.
- Drive the adoption of test automation, overseeing development and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and provide QA metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in software quality assurance and leadership.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools like (Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG),
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, such as EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, CloudFormation.
- Solid knowledge and experience with SaaS products and network services such as DNS, DHCP, and knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience in software quality assurance within the tech industry, particularly in roles that involve SaaS products and network services.
