This exciting hybrid opportunity requires a Digital Retention Specialist focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty for SketchUp. The role demands proactive customer engagement, efficient issue resolution, and implementing effective strategies to boost retention rates. Candidates should excel in communication, data analysis, and have a keen understanding of customer needs to facilitate robust retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
5+ years in customer service and retention, with a strong preference for candidates with sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

- Engage with customers through outbound messaging or calls to understand and prevent discontinuation.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, minimizing escalations.
- Independently make decisions to effectively meet customer needs.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce with high precision.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Salesforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5+ years in customer service and retention, with a strong preference for candidates with sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish is preferred.
This role is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential for full-time employment and comprehensive benefits based upon performance and fit.
