  • As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be proficient in planning, launching, optimizing, troubleshooting, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on traffic generation and demand capture, contributing to full funnel programs that lead to acquisition of new users.
  • The right candidate will excel at adapting paid media to the latest marketing tactics while building their goals around a data-driven strategy. Executes day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)
  • Define and coordinate paid media campaigns to support revenue goals. Completes QA and all production procedures accurately.
  • Analyzes performance metrics and proactively optimizes campaigns to increase performance
    Identifies trends in data to drive optimization strategies.
  • Runs campaign calendar, trafficking assets, screenshots, billing, and related pre/post-launch processes
    Contribute to quarterly and annual campaign planning Business Reporting Creative & Display optimization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to for analysis and optimization. Sophisticated Presentation skills and ability to build new infographics to create/present business/performance reviews.
  • Strong understanding of the Display Advertising Ecosystem; experience working on Ad networks
    Set up Display campaigns to achieve delivery for desired performance. Hands-on experience in driving campaign set-up, monitoring, analysis, and making recommendations for optimization.
  • Interact and coordinate internal and external teams to execute display campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing every day to drive performance and take appropriate steps to avoid over/under deliver. Should have experience in strategizing and defining the standard methodologies for display advertising campaigns and a solid understanding of user retargeting and third party tags.
    Work cross-functionally to establish and prioritize customer journeys with partner orgs, including GTM, Promotions, Creative Studio and PMM
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a teammate, and lead change effectively. Experience presenting in front of groups. Solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies. Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative and negotiating tough situations. Basic project management and excellent communication skills.3-5 years of relevant work experience
