This role will spearhead the marketing strategy for a local assisted tax program, blending national and hyper-local targeting to drive market-level success. You will architect and execute campaigns, manage digital media budgets, and champion the program's vision across various internal teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital marketer with a proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration, aiming to optimize performance and expand the program's reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for local markets.
• Manage and optimize digital media budgets for maximum ROI.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, data, and go-to-market teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
• Identify and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance local targeting.
• Demonstrated experience in DMA-level or local marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance metrics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving local or retail-level execution for enterprise brands is preferred.

• 7+ years in paid media with a digital focus, including demonstrated success leading DMA-level or local marketing strategies with measurable business impact. 
• Deep digital marketing and technical expertise, with a track record of driving revenue growth through paid media. 
• Proven experience growing a new product or program for an enterprise-level brand, ideally with local or retail-level execution. 
• A master storyteller who uses data to craft compelling narratives for both analysts and executive leadership. 
• Strong strategic thinking — able to set ambitious goals and pivot quickly in response to market changes.
