Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Designer with over 5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in a B2B and corporate setting, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will create engaging digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and support marketing goals, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role demands strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and requires a creative individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate within our dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or technology/SaaS industries is preferred but not necessary.

- Design engaging digital assets such as imagery, multi-version ad layouts, email and landing page assets, infographics, and social media content.
- Ensure all created assets are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce visually compelling assets that enhance engagement and conversions.
- Translate complex ideas into clean, on-brand visuals tailored to a specific audience.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities.
