This role involves a blend of troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration across engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support and resolution for escalations related to our cloud services and edge device fleets.
- Troubleshoot issues across AWS cloud services and edge devices, including software and network problems.
- Write and update documentation such as guides and runbooks for system support.
- Analyze CloudWatch logs and manage edge devices using AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
- Engage directly with customers to resolve technical issues and escalations, while also identifying opportunities for product improvement.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services (particularly Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway)
- Proficiency in Linux OS and basic networking concepts.
- Solid programming ability in TypeScript and Python.
