Location: Fremont, CA (100% Onsite - 5 days in office)

Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2 or C2C

Job Summary:
This role demands a skilled IT professional to deliver comprehensive onsite and remote technical assistance to users. You will be instrumental in resolving a wide array of hardware, software, and network issues for computing devices and related peripherals. The position also involves collaborating with team leads to manage escalated issues and provide dedicated support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Manage user accounts and systems within Active Directory.
• Support Office 365 services and user issues.
• Automate tasks and deployments using scripting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 year's experience with desktop support experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a Windows environment, some Linux is preferred AS or BS degree in information technology, computer science, etc. is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with excellent follow up is preferred.
