JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide remote desktop assistance and support over the telephone.
- Ensure all computers and networks are backed up, safe, and secure.
- Deploy security updates across servers and computers.
- Guide staff in using the company’s computer programs and adhering to security standards.
- Install, setup, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers for end users.
Must-have skills:
- Experience in Service Desk and Desktop Support for PC and Mac.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills for both technical and non-technical users.
- Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent technical training.
