Contract Type: W2 Contract 
Duration: 18 Months
Location: San Diego CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 Per hour

Job Summary:

This role involves providing essential technical assistance to end-users, ensuring their computer hardware and software are functioning optimally. The position requires diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues, as well as performing system updates and setups. Success in this role hinges on strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for new hires.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex user problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming IT support requests from multiple channels.
  • Perform system maintenance, including updates and remote troubleshooting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and GSuite.

Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment with both face-to-face and remote interactions is highly valued.
