Primary Skills: MacOS troubleshooting (Advanced), Windows 11 Troubleshooting (Advanced), Network Protocols (Advanced), ServiceNow (Advanced), Microsoft 365 Admin (Intermediate), 
Contract Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 12 Months  
Location: New York NY (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users by installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, and network services. You will resolve user-reported technical issues and ensure smooth operation of desktop solutions. A key aspect of this position involves managing support queues, prioritizing issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and replace end-user computer hardware.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and system imaging.
  • Respond to and resolve technical support requests.
  • Manage and document IT asset inventory.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on desktop support experience
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows
  • Understanding of core networking concepts

Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment is preferred.
