- Lead and manage the UX design team, providing mentorship and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and communicate a clear design vision and strategy in alignment with product roadmaps.
- Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
- Support user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Proven leadership in managing UX design teams.
- Proficiency in Figma and comprehensive knowledge of design systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Background in networking and security domain preferred.
- Experience designing for Enterprise Web Products.
