JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively leads the design team in partnership with the Design Lead and is recognized by stakeholders as a critical design Point-of-Contact. Acts as the owner of the design team backlog: attends release planning, runs standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other meetings, as required. Tracks all major project milestones and deliverables.
- Identifies project risks and formulates and implements risk mitigation techniques to minimize issues.
- Schedules and manages team meetings and communicates assignments to ensure timely delivery, while also ensuring meetings are efficient and minimized
- Prepares management reporting, including status, project health and financials & Ensures all applicable reviews and sign-offs are in place
- Creates partnerships with Product and Technology organizations, including 3rd party vendors, to drive end-to-end execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3+ years of applicable industry experience, preferably in project and program management
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
- User Experience background is highly desired, but not required.
- eCommerce experience is a BIG plus. Strong ability to work with diverse groups with diverse skills with insightfulness and confidence
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent experience).
