Job Description

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Contract Type: W2 Only
Pay Range:$25 - $28 per hour on w2

Coordinate service scheduling, monitor sales pipelines, and service redemption.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries, ensuring timely service deployment.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot delivery issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Manage logistics, including scheduling calls and tracking service usage.
Provide key metrics on engagement and work across teams to optimize service delivery.

Expertise in Google Workspace or similar cloud-based productivity tools.
Strong customer service background with excellent communication abilities.
Aptitude for quickly learning new platforms and systems, both front-end and back-end.
