JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join our team as a Deal Management Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Customer Finance Director, where you'll play a pivotal role in the dynamics of presales and post-sales financing activities. Your expertise will support product sales teams through financing requests, deal structuring, and collaboration with key departments to meet the company's economic goals and risk profiles. This position offers the opportunity to manage transactions over their entire life cycle and work closely with legal teams on bespoke terms and conditions, setting the stage for significant professional growth and impact within Financial Services.
- Assist product sales teams with financing requests, including pricing, structuring, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the deals desk and sales finance teams to ensure deals meet economic and risk expectations.
- Partner with Credit and Operations Manager to align transactions with minimum risk profiles.
- Accurately process transactions in line with documented policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with legal on non-standard terms and conditions and support financing transactions throughout their life cycle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of global leasing/finance industry and related transaction structures.
- Experience with contract administration in equipment and software financing.
- Professionalism, positive attitude, with a strong analytical and collaborative skill set.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing/financing experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
