Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  12+ Months with possible extension
Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
The Deal Desk Analyst will focus on structuring profitable and compliant transactions to meet the needs of various internal corporate customers and maximize revenue. This role involves managing the deal approval process, collaborating with sales teams to address customer issues, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The Analyst will also be responsible for drafting contracts and improving deal efficiency through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day deal approval process and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address customer business issues and structure transactions.
  • Draft, analyze, and certify customer contracts.
  • Communicate deal value to cross-functional stakeholders via documented business cases.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare in-quarter deal status reports for management.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in Sales Finance or Deal Desk.
  • Proficiency in revenue recognition accounting standards, including SOP 97-2.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in digital marketing, technology, or software sales is preferred.
