Job Summary:
As a Deal Structuring and Approval Analyst at our dynamic software company, you will lead the approval process for sales deals, ensuring they align with Adobe's goals and customer needs. You'll collaborate with sales teams to structure transactions that accelerate deal closure while adhering to company policies. Your role is key in managing contract creation, supporting sales with accurate pricing and quotes, and serving as the primary contact for non-standard deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the first line of approval for all enterprise sales deals, meeting with Sales teams to structure beneficial transactions.
  • Ensure deals comply with internal policies through efficient structuring and processing, working closely with finance and legal teams.
  • Draft, modify, and finalize contracts, including verifying compliance and ensuring accuracy in terms and conditions.
  • Support sales and account management teams with day-to-day queries using CRM tools.
  • Communicate deal value to corporate partners, forecast deal status, and participate in customer meetings during the negotiation process.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in deal structuring and financial analysis
  • Strong capabilities in contract negotiation and management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in software revenue recognition, with a strong understanding of SOP 97-2 and related regulations preferred.
  • Background in Finance or Accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in one of these fields or equivalent experience.
