JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and build metrics and dimensions within the data warehouse to support informed business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Business leads to design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing strategies.
- Align key performance indicators with stakeholder expectations, understanding trade-offs and establishing measurement guardrails.
- Prototype and develop custom data pipelines for new metrics, ensuring their accuracy and utility.
- Work alongside Product Engineering and Analytics Engineering to specify logging requirements and develop data tools for broader consumption.
- Proven expertise in SQL and at least one programming language, ideally Python or R.
- Strong experience in the analysis of A/B experiments and statistical data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to condense complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
