Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective Cloud Analytics and reporting, leveraging advanced analytics tools.
- Create, track, and provide operational metrics and OKRs for cloud operations, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and benchmarks.
- Execute analytics projects, ensuring data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Define critical KPIs and build core operational dashboards to manage performance.
- Generate insights through data analysis, effectively communicating complex problems to stakeholders and executives.
- Expertise in SQL and Python for data mining and analysis.
- Profound knowledge in dashboard design and data visualization best practices, preferably in PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage data integrity and foster intra-departmental relationships.
