As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales data across various platforms, especially Salesforce. You'll be at the heart of our data quality management, governance, and integration efforts, directly contributing to our decision-making processes through rigorous data upkeep and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance data quality within Salesforce, executing data audits, and cleansing activities.
- Implement data governance policies, ensuring compliance across the business units.
- Support data integration and migration projects, maintaining data accuracy during transitions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales and IT teams, to understand and meet data requirements.
- Develop and provide training on data governance policies and management best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in data governance and data quality management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with data management tools (SOQL/ETL).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
Industry Experience Required:
- Experience in Sales Operations or a related field within the tech or security industry is highly beneficial.
