JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with team members to assist with the processing of documentation from and to state workforce agencies in a timely manner; Ability to prioritize in real time.
- Deliver consistent results on all assignments focusing on accuracy especially on repetitive process-oriented tasks following the guidelines provided by Operations Leadership.
- Must meet Operations processing standard goals.
- Maintain a pleasant demeanor with both internal and external clients while assisting with questions or concerns.
- Communicate consistently to the Operations leadership team and alert them of all concerns that arise. Be punctual and have outstanding attendance.
- 2-3 yrs of Data entry experience.
- Basic Microsoft Suite experience, primarily Excel
- Looking for typing speed of 40 words per min.
- Candidates should be at driving distance so they can take training onsite for 2-3 days and then can work mostly from home.
- Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software based on limited training and explanation.
