JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on all service development stages from design to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data engineering, including data warehousing, modeling, and analysis, using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies like Databricks and Spark-SQL. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into robust data solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Design and execute the full cycle of software development activities: coding, code review, testing, bug fixing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software architecture, along with designing and implementing sophisticated functionalities independently.
Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively seek methods to enhance product and process quality.
Execute complex SQL-like queries on cloud platforms to manipulate large data sets for insights.
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders to meet and exceed project goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Strong background in data warehousing, data modeling, and manipulating large datasets on cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements into business solutions and building productive relationships.
