Pay Range: $55 - $58 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:
Join our Service Engineering team as a Senior Data Center Operations Engineer to play a crucial role in our global infrastructure management. You will leverage your data center operations experience to execute daily operations, asset management, and hardware troubleshooting. This position involves close collaboration with vendors, implementing standards and best practices, and serving as a primary point of reference for all data center activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and execute data center operations procedures, including day-to-day management, asset tracking, and hardware issues resolution.
Develop documentation and promote standard operations procedures and best practices for data center excellence.
Function as the primary contact for all data center vendors, ensuring accountability and quality service.
Participate in the deployment of hardware, including pre-integrated racks and individual server setup.
Engage in hands-on hardware troubleshooting and maintenance for servers and network devices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in data center operations and hardware management.
Strong ability in vendor management and process development.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of multitasking and resolving a variety of unrelated issues.

Industry Experience:

Previous experience managing data center environments is essential. Familiarity with ITIL process methodologies is considered a plus.

Other Requirements:

This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week at the Tukwila data center location and prefers candidates available 8am - 4pm PST, Monday - Friday.
Open to domestic and international travel as necessary.
