Job Summary:
Join our dynamic People team as a People Analyst, where your contributions will shape our people strategy through advanced quantitative analysis, data mining, and impactful data visualization. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing insightful reporting solutions, analyzing trends to offer value-added insights, and advocating for continuous improvement of our data products. Your efforts will enhance decision-making and operational efficiency by supporting key People team KPIs through innovative use of analytics and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor People team KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis to analyze trends and provide insightful recommendations.
- Support the development of data analytic products with self-service capabilities.
- Spearhead the automation and preparation of regular reports on People team's KPIs.
- Define business needs through discovery sessions with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics visualization tools.
- Strong background in data manipulation and analysis.
- Prior experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably within Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HR technology and tools, including Workday and Greenhouse, is advantageous.
