We are currently seeking a data analytics expert to drive analytics for Document Cloud across international markets, including Asia and Europe, to unearth growth and monetization opportunities. The role involves collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team to understand product and customer behavior, thereby crafting recommendations to enhance customer experience and monetization outcomes. The position requires a keen ability to knit together and make sense of sparse and noisy data from various sources, support ad-hoc data analysis needs, define reporting frameworks, and generate insightful dashboards that track key performance indicators.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify monetization opportunities and understand product/customer behavior.
- Stitch and calibrate data from diverse sources to craft a coherent narrative.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis for deeper insights into customer behavior and monetization paths.
- Define metrics/reporting frameworks, design reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing to inform strategic decisions.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics.
- Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL
- Hands-On coding experience with at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to build and run data pipelines in Cloud.
- Experience in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI.
- Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
- Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics experience is a plus.
