JOB SUMMARY:
Analyze data trends, drive product ideation, and lead experimentation projects with a focus on optimizing product experiences for long-term growth. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative product thinking, and robust cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the product's success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation.
- Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth and prioritize actions to maximize long-term impact.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, data science, and other teams to implement strategies that achieve product goals.
- Lead the design and analysis of experiments to inform launch decisions.
- Expert level in SQL with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
- 3+ years in analytical or product roles, preferably with experience in technology or digital product companies.
- Proficient in data analysis and capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in building dashboards to streamline data visualization.
