Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2

Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Success Program Manager with a passion for driving software utilization and accelerating business outcomes. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with key customers, driving product adoption, value realization, and growth. This position requires hands-on experience in managing strategic customer success programs within the technology sector, particularly with a focus on Cisco technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through software adoption, ensuring they achieve their business and technical goals.
Drive software utilization leading to value realization, customer renewals, and business growth.
Proactively handle renewal risks, offering insights to increase customer retention.
Facilitate workshops to review adoption progress and ensure successful customer onboarding.
Work closely with Customer Experience (CX) resources to leverage various team expertise and achieve shared goals.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of Customer Facing and Customer Success Program Manager experience in IT.
Exceptional communication skills and strong articulation.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Required Industry Experience:

Technology industry experience, with a preference for those familiar with Cisco systems and software adoption strategies.
