Pay Range:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour on W2
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Place outbound calls to understand renewal blockers and product dissatisfaction, driving efforts to retain customers.
Take complete ownership of customer concerns, ensuring proactive follow-through to resolution with minimal escalation.
Investigate and resolve all customer concerns while maintaining a quality standard of 85% or above in customer interactions.
Independently make decisions to meet customer needs and negotiate directly with customers to resolve barriers to product adoption.
Document customer interactions in Salesforce, conducting trend analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer retention and reducing churn.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven customer service and retention experience, demonstrating a customer-centric and growth mindset.
Strong active listening and empathy skills to accurately understand customer needs.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a solution-oriented focus.
